ZAIGROWTH is a business brand operated by ZAI AUTOMOTION TECHNOLOGIES, an establishment registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “ZAIGROWTH”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that business.

- Your name, business name, website, email address, and telephone number.
- Information about your marketing budget, lead volume, business goals, preferred contact method, and any message you submit.
- Emails, call notes, proposal information, and other communications connected to an enquiry or client relationship.
- Questions and text transcripts submitted through the Ask ZAI assistant.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs when you access the website.
2. Voice and chatbot data
Ask ZAI supports typed questions and optional browser-based speech recognition. ZAIGROWTH does not intend to receive or store the raw microphone recording. Your browser or operating-system speech provider may process audio to produce a text transcript under its own terms and privacy practices.
The transcript and recent conversation context may be sent to our server and, when the AI service is configured, to Anthropic to generate a response. The application does not intentionally maintain a permanent chatbot-history database. Hosting, security, and AI providers may retain limited logs under their own retention and security policies.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, confidential client information, or other sensitive data through Ask ZAI.
3. How we use information
We may use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and assess whether ZAIGROWTH is a suitable fit.
- Prepare diagnostics, proposals, contracts, and requested services.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and Ask ZAI.
- Maintain business records and meet legal, regulatory, or contractual duties.
- Send service-related communications and, where legally permitted or consented to, relevant marketing communications.
4. Legal grounds and consent
Depending on the context, we process personal data with your consent, to take steps you request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests that do not override your rights. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We may use service providers for website hosting, security, email, business operations, and AI response generation. Current or anticipated providers include Vercel for website infrastructure and Anthropic for configured Ask ZAI responses. These providers may process data outside the UAE.
We share only information reasonably required for the service and use contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the processing. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including enquiry follow-up, service delivery, security, dispute handling, and legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymised, or securely archived where the law requires continued retention.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction or cessation of certain processing, data portability where applicable, or information about processing and transfers. You may also object to direct marketing at any time.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use appropriate care when deciding what information to send online.
9. Cookies and external links
The website does not currently use advertising cookies. Essential hosting or security technologies may be used to deliver and protect the site. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices, not this policy.
10. Children
ZAIGROWTH provides business services and does not knowingly target or collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
